Company pension scheme
Our company pension scheme, which we developed together with our partners Deutsche Bank and Zurich. Our aim is to provide all employees with an employer-sponsored and tax-privileged pension plan.

Free language courses
Free language courses for atrify employees, even during working hours.
The courses are led by certified English teachers and take place in small groups once a week. Each course lasts six months. At the end, participants can take the TOEIC (Test of English in International Communication) and obtain the internationally recognized certificate. We also offer participation in German courses.
Discounted job ticket

For the use of public transportation, atrify offers a discount on a Jobticket Light.

Mobile Office abroad

We are flexible - also with regard to the place of work. We make it possible for you to work for us from abroad for up to 3 months per year. We have brought Workmotion on board as a partner for this purpose.

Urban Sports Club & Sport Events

All employees receive discounted access to Urban Sports Club and can therefore make flexible use of a huge selection of sports activities at over 8,000 locations.

There is also a weekly soccer training session and atrify takes part in various major sporting events, such as the B2Run or the Cologne Reading Run.

Additional vacation days
Additional vacation days on top of the contractually agreed vacation entitlement: Rose Monday, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, for example, are days off for which no one has to submit vacation. To ring in the carnival season properly, we only work in the mornings on Weiberfastnacht. This is followed by our company carnival party, to which all atrify employees are cordially invited. If you prefer to take the whole day off, you only need to submit half a day's leave.

What should I include in my application?

The short version: Everything that helps us to get to know you better. A CV should definitely be included. Otherwise, you decide how best to present yourself and your interest in atrify and the position. Whether a classic cover letter, video, relevant references or samples of your work - we are interested in the things that help us understand your motivation for the job at atrify.

Concentrate on the essentials here: Your primary school report may be impressive, but we can confidently do without it 😉.

I don't meet all the criteria in the job advertisement. Can I still apply?

You know how it works with job advertisements: We write in everything we would ideally like to see. Basically, you should already have most of the required knowledge and experience. If this is not the case for one or two points, we still look forward to receiving your application and to discussing with you how you can quickly learn a missing skill, for example.

The same applies to working hours. Our jobs are generally advertised as full-time positions. However, we check on an individual basis whether and how the positions can also be implemented on a part-time basis. Together, we will find a working model that suits you and your role with us.

What should I wear to a job interview with you?

What you feel comfortable in. That could be a suit and tie or a hoodie from your handball team. We don't have a dress code at atrify and that naturally includes you as a future atrifyer. Of course, the same applies to the virtual interviews.

Is there somewhere I can see the current status of my application?

How does the application process work?

1. apply
Have you found the right job on our careers page? Then we look forward to receiving your application.

2. you will receive a confirmation of receipt (within 24 hours)
After sending your application, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If not, please check your spam folder.

3. your application reaches our HR team (within 1-3 days)
Our HR team will then review your application. If the position could suit you, we will forward your application to the relevant department.

4. our department will review your application (within 1 week)
The colleagues from the department will take a close look at your application and review it as well. If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation from us to an initial meeting (usually via video call).

5. your first interview with HR and the specialist department (feedback after 1-2 weeks)
The people you talk to during your first meeting will be from the specialist and HR departments. As a rule, you will get to know your potential new line manager and a colleague from the HR Operations team. If you convince us in the first interview, you will receive an invitation to a second interview in the following days.

6. your second interview (feedback after 1 week)
At the second interview, we want to get to know you even better and, of course, you want to get to know us as well. The interview partners here are the head of department and our HR manager or HR operations manager. If you pass this hurdle, we will contact you by phone and prepare your contract offer.

7. you will receive your contract offer (feedback after 3-6 days)
You will receive a contract offer from us within 7 days. Of course, you will have enough time to read through the contract and ask us any questions you may have.
