Release 2.12 - Final - Data Sync Engine

DSE Release 2.12 contains the following main functions:

• ISO 27K Certification: Possibility to support the Unified Member Administration.
• DSE monitoring: Possibility to monitor dedicated hard disk partitions.
• Docker: DSE - Postgres DB Support with Docker Container for integration tests.
• Group management: New party attribute "Contract termination date".
• Validation engine: detection of spaces in the code list and numeric attributes
