Weniger umweltbelastende Kunststoffabfälle, mehr Recycling – dafür steht seit 2018 das Rezyklat-Forum, dem u.a. Händler, Konsumgüterhersteller sowie Verpackungs- und Entsorgungsunternehmen angehören. Gemeinsam setzen sich die Mitglieder dafür ein, die Verbraucher für das Thema Kreislaufwirtschaft und die Trennung von Wertstoffen zu sensibilisieren. Wesentliche Ziele sind die Reduzierung von Kunststoffabfällen, die Erhöhung des Rezyklatanteils in Verpackungen sowie die Verbesserung der Recyclingquote. Hersteller weisen oft auf Verpackungen mit hohem Rezyklatanteil hin. Eine Kreislaufwirtschaft, die langfristigen Geschäftserfolg mit dem Schutz von Klima und Ressourcen verbindet. Mit dem November Release 20.11 kann für den deutschen Zielmarkt zum Verpackungsmaterial nun auch der %-Anteil an enthaltenem Rezyklat angegeben werden.
Was das D-A-CH Community Release neben Änderungen aus dem globalen GDSN Standard und einem GPC Update an Neuerungen für die einzelnen Zielmärkte und Profile beinhaltet, darüber möchten wir Ihnen mit diesen vorläufigen Release Notes einen Überblick geben.

GEPLANTE RELEASEINHALTE
Update der Globalen Produktklassifikation (GPC) (alle Profile und Zielmärkte / FMCG DE, AT, CH; DIY DE; AGRO DE; HC DE & CH)
Das November Release beinhaltet ein GPC Update auf die Version Juni 2020.
Wir werden für Sie in Kürze eine Übersicht der Änderungen durch das GPC Update in einem Delta File zusammenstellen und hier verlinken. Bitte denken Sie daran, dass atrify keine Codeanpassungen oder -änderungen vornimmt. Prüfen Sie, ob Ihre Artikel von Änderungen oder Löschungen betroffen sind und senden Sie die Änderung dieser Artikel mit neuer Zuordnung möglichst zeitnah nach der Umstellung. Alle Datenabrufer, die über die GPC subskribieren, bitten wir zu prüfen, ob eine Anpassung ihrer Kriterien notwendig ist, um auch nach dem Update die gewünschten Artikel einzugrenzen.
Wenn Sie die GPC als deutschsprachige Dateien herunterladen möchten, finden Sie diese auf der GPC Website von gs1.org unter GPC Translations. Gehen Sie dazu in der Tabelle auf „German“ und wählen Sie unter Downloads die aktuellste Version (June 2020) aus. Sie werden dann aufgefordert, Ihren Namen, eMail-Adresse und Firma anzugeben und erhalten via eMail einen Link zum Download des zip-Files der deutschen Übersetzung. Neue Attribute / Änderungen an Attributen
- Neu: Verpackungsmaterial: Rezyklatanteil [%] M524 (FMCG DE; DIY DE)
Attribut zur Angabe des prozentualen Anteils an recyceltem Verpackungsmaterial an der Menge des jeweiligen Verpackungsmaterials. - Neu: Sonstige Nährwertangabe ist Bestandteil von M523 (FMCG DE)
Um für Säuglingsanfangs- und Folgenahrung die Sonstige Nährwertangabe als Bestandteil eines übergeordneten Hauptnährwertes (= Nährwertangabe: Bestandteil [M057]) gem. EU Verordnung 2016/127, Artikel 7, Absatz 8 anzugeben, kann dieser übergeordnete Hauptnährwert nun über dieses neue Attribut referenziert werden. - Neu: Fische und Meeresfrüchte: Fangzone M511 (FMCG DE, AT & CH)
Das Attribut löst das bisherige Attribut Fangzone M125 ab. M511 hat dabei eine – gegenüber der bisherigen Codeliste von M125 – geänderte Codeliste. atrify migriert für Sie die alten Werte im publishing und data pool in das neue Attribut und wird allen betroffenen Kunden detaillierte Informationen zur Verfügung stellen.

Validierungen
- Regelanpassung von Warnung auf Fehler für die Importklassifikation M229 für den deutschen Zielmarkt.
Der deutsche Handel benötigt die INTRASTAT Nummer zu Ihren Artikeln. Für rund 300 Klassen der Globalen Produkt Klassifikation (GPC) wird ab dem November Release ein Fehler (Error) ausgegeben, wenn bei Importklassifikation: Wert M229 keine Angabe gemacht wurde. Das bedeutet, dass die Daten bei fehlender Importklassifikation M229 nicht mehr synchronisiert werden.

Less polluting plastic waste, more recycling – this is what the Recyklat-Forum has been standing for since 2018, which includes retailers, consumer goods manufacturers and packaging and waste disposal companies. Together, the members are committed to raising consumer awareness of the issue of the circular economy and the separation of recyclables. The main objectives are to reduce plastic waste, increase the proportion of recyclates in packaging and to improve the recycling rate. Manufacturers often point to packaging with a high proportion of recyclates. A circular economy that combines long-term business success with the protection of climate and resources. With the November release 20.11, the % share of the contained recyclate can now be specified for the German target market for packaging material.
With these preliminary release notes we would like to give you an overview on new features the D-A-CH Community Release includes in addition to changes from the global GDSN standard and a GPC update for the individual target markets and profiles

PLANNED RELEASE CONTENT
Update of the Global Product Classification (GPC) (all profiles and target markets / FMCG DE, AT, CH; DIY DE; AGRO DE; HC DE & CH)
The November release contains a GPC update to version June 2020. atrify will compile an overview of the changes by the GPC update in a delta file shortly and add a link here. Please remember that atrify does not make any code adjustments or changes. Check whether your items are affected by changes or deletions and send the change of this item with newly assigned code as soon as possible after the GPC update. All data recipients are asked to check their subscription criteria for necessary changes due to the GPC update.
If you wish to download the GPC as German-language files, you can find them on the GPC website of gs1.org under GPC translations. Chose “German” Language and “June 2020” Downloads. You will then be asked to prompt your name, email address and company name. After that you will receive an email with a link to start the download of a zip-file with the German translation. New and changed attributes
- New: Recycled Material Content Percentage M524 (FMCG DE; DIY DE)
The percentage of the type of recycled raw material the packaging material is made from. - New: Nutrient information: Expressed As Part Of M523 (FMCG DE)
In order to indicate the other nutritional content information for infant formulae as part of an overarching main nutritional value (= Nutritional content information: Component [M057]) in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/127, Article 7, paragraph 8, this overarching main nutritional component can now be referenced via this new attribute. - New: Fish and seafood: Catch area code M511 (FMCG DE, AT & CH)
The attribute replaces the previous attribute catch area M125. M511 has a code list changed from the previous code list of M125. atrify migrates the old values in publishing and the data pool to the new attribute for you and will provide detailed information to all affected customers.

Validations
- Rule adjustment from warning to error for the import classification M229 for the German target market.
German retailers require the INTRASTAT number for their items. For about 300 classes of the Global Product Classification (GPC), an error will be issued from the November release if the indication of import classification: value M229 is missing. This means that if the data is not populated, the item will no longer be synchronized.
