Release 19.08 – Final – FMCG D-A-CH

Mit dem August Release 19.8 werden für die D-A-CH Community neue Codes aus dem GDSN Efficient Code List Release 3.1.9 bereit gestellt. Darüber hinaus beinhaltet das Release einige Minor Anforderungen und Bugfixing. Lesen Sie bitte unten die Details.

Die Installation ist geplant für folgende Termine (TEST / PROD)

  • FMCG, DIY, AGRO, HEALTHCARE – 29th July 2019 / 10th August 2019
  • GS1 Sync Austria – 10th August 2019 / 10th August 2019

 

Wichtige Informationen – für Datenempfänger

  • Das Release enthält Änderungen für alle D-A-CH Zielmarktprofile.
  • Ein Reload von bereits erhaltenen Daten ist nach dem Release NICHT notwendig.
  • Schnittstellenanpassungen sind nicht notwendig. Die Schnittstellenbeschreibung V19.6 ist weiterhin aktuell und gültig. Bitte prüfen Sie, ob Sie Anpassungen beim Mapping und der Übernahme von Codes in Ihre internen Systeme umzusetzen müssen, um auch in Zukunft alle Codes vollständig und korrekt zu erhalten.

  • Das Release enthält Änderungen für alle D-A-CH Zielmarktprofile.
  • Alle eingestellten Daten im Stammdatenpool bleiben gültig – eine Migration von bereits eingestellten Daten ist NICHT erforderlich.
  • Es sind keine Änderungen an Ihrer Schnittstelle notwendig. Wenn Sie neue Codes liefern wollen, empfehlen wir Ihnen als Machine-to-Machine (M2M) Lieferant zu prüfen, welche Änderungen in Ihren internen Systemen und im Mapping notwendig sind, um auch in Zukunft alle Codes vollständig und korrekt liefern zu können.
    Für Publishing / Web UI Nutzer sind die Codes ab den o.g. Releaseterminen in den Auswahlcodelisten verfügbar. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, Ihre Daten wenn notwenig zeitnah zu vervollständigen.

    mit einer Bescheinigung einer 100%igen Bio-Herkunft (= 1) oder in Umstellung auf Biostandard (= 6) auf alle Bricks der GPC Familien

  • FMCG – Ernährungshinweise: Ernährungsart Subcode [M492]: Entfernung der Codes PESCA und LACTO_OVO_PESCA aus der Codeliste (sind keine vegetarischen Ernährungsformen).
  • FMCG – Zusätzliche Akkreditierungslabel auf der Verpackung [M310]: Wir weisen darauf hin, dass drei Codes nicht mehr genutzt werden sollen, weil sie mit einem späteren Release gelöscht werden:
    CE – CE-Zeichen nach Verordnung 93/68/EEC
    COM – The Compostable Label
    ABF – Agriculture Biologique – FranceNutzen Sie stattdessen die Codes im Attribut Akkreditierungslabel auf der Verpackung: Code [M309]
    -> CONFORMITE_EUROPEENNE (statt CE)

  • Ticket CH – Ernährungshinweise: Ernährungsart [M034]: Entfernung aus der Validierungsregel 321170, so dass die Angabe der Ernährungsart VEGETARIAN zur Angabe von Ernährungsart Subcodes [M492] wiederholt werden kann.
  • Ticket AT – Korrektur der Validierungsregel 321371, die die abhängigen Mussattribute für GTIN-codierte Paletten prüft, so dass sie auch AT B2C Artikel prüft.
  • Ticket SDO – Käsegruppe [M137]: Fehlender Code SLICEDPREP ergänzt und Tippfehler in den Codebeschreibungen behoben.
  • Ticket DE – Akkreditierungslabel auf der Verpackung: Code [M309]: Korrektur der Codebeschreibung
    für Code PROTECTED_DESIGNATION_OF_ORIGIN (= GESCHÜTZTE URSPRUNGSBEZEICHNUNG (für landwirtschaftliche Produkte oder Nahrungsmittel)).

The D-A-CH Community August Release 19.8 mainly introduces new codes from the GDSN Efficient Code List Release 3.1.9. Beyond that it contains minor requirements and bug fixing. Please read the details below.

Important Information – for Data Recipients

  • The release contains changes for all D-A-CH Community profiles.
  • A Reload of already received data is NOT necessary after the release.
  • Changes to your interfaces are not necessary. The interface description V19.6 remains current. We recommend you check whether changes to your mapping and take over into your internal systems are necessary to keep code processing complete and accurate after the release.

 

Important Information – for Data Supplier

  • The release contains changes for all D-A-CH Community profiles.
  • All data in the data pool remain valid – a migration of already sent data is NOT required.
  • Changes to your Interfaces are not necessary. The Interface Description V19.6 remains. If you want to use the new codes, we recommend all machine-to-machine / M2M suppliers to check whether changes to your internal system and the mapping is necessary to keep processing complete and accurate codes. As a Publishing / Web UI user you can maintain the new additional codes right after the deployment dates (see above).

  • FMCG – Local packaging marked label accreditation code reference [M310]: Please be advised that we recommend not to use these 3 codes any longer as they will be deleted with a later release:

    COM – The Compostable Label

  • Ticket CH – Diet related information: Diet type code [M034]: Attribute removed from rule 321170 so that Diet type code VEGETARIAN can be repeated to specify different Diet type subcodes [M492].
  • Ticket AT – Correction of rule 321371 which validates the mandatory attributes for GTIN coded pallets so that it checks also AT B2C items.
  • Ticket SDO – Cheese class [M137]: Added missing code SLICEDPREP and corrected typos in the code descriptions.
  • Ticket DE – Packaging marked label accreditation code [M309]: Correction of the code description for code
    PROTECTED_DESIGNATION_OF_ORIGIN (= PROTECTED DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN (for agricultural product or foodstuff)).
