Release 19.05 - Final - Release Notes for the D-A-CH Community
Das Mai Release 19.5 für die D-A-CH Community beinhaltet neben einigen Anforderungen aus der Community auch Änderungen aus dem gleichzeitig stattfindenden GDSN BMS 3.1.8 Release sowie ein Update der Global Product Classification (GPC) auf die Version Dezember 2018. Mit diesen Release Notes möchten wir Sie über die anstehenden Änderungen informieren.
Zudem weisen wir Sie darauf hin, dass für die Umstellung auf GDSN BMS 3.1.8 eine Downtime für die atrify Systeme geplant ist. Details dazu finden Sie am Ende dieser Release Notes.

Wichtige Informationen – für Datenempfänger
- Das Release enthält Änderungen für alle D-A-CH Zielmarktprofile.
- Ein Reload von bereits erhaltenen Daten ist nach dem Release NICHT notwendig.
- Wir empfehlen, alle Änderungen des Releases auch in Ihren Schnittstellen und internen Systemen umzusetzen, um auch in Zukunft vollständige und korrekte Datensätze zu erhalten. Die XML Schnittstellenbeschreibung für die D-A-CH Community steht im Download Center zur Verfügung.

Update der Globalen Produktklassifikation (GPC)
Das Mai Release beinhaltet ein GPC Update auf die Version Dezember 2018.
Eine Übersicht der Änderungen durch das GPC Update haben wir für Sie in einem Deltafile zusammengestellt. Bitte denken Sie daran, dass 1WorldSync keine Codeanpassungen oder -änderungen vornimmt. Prüfen Sie, ob Ihre Artikel von Änderungen oder Löschungen betroffen sind und senden Sie die Änderung dieser Artikel mit neuer Zuordnung möglichst zeitnah nach der Umstellung. Alle Datenabrufer, die über die GPC subskribieren, bitten wir zu prüfen, ob eine Anpassung ihrer Kriterien notwendig ist, um auch nach dem Update die gewünschten Artikel einzugrenzen.
Wenn Sie die GPC als deutschsprachige Dateien herunterladen möchten, finden Sie diese auf der GPC Website von gs1.org unter GPC Translations. Gehen Sie dazu in der Tabelle auf „German“ und wählen Sie unter Downloads die aktuellste Version (Dec 2018) aus. Sie werden dann aufgefordert, Ihren Namen, eMail-Adresse und Firma anzugeben und erhalten via Mail einen Link zum Download des zip-Files der deutschen Übersetzung. Die englische Originalfassung ist unter dem Link https://www.gs1.org/standards/gpc/dec-2018 abrufbar.
Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus der D-A-CH Community

- Ernährungshinweise: Ernährungsart Subcode [M492], mit Codeliste (neues Attribut für FMCG DE, CH)
- Deklarationspflichtige Zusatzstoffe und Ergänzungen der Bezeichnung [M023]: 1 geänderte Codebeschreibung (FMCG D-A-CH)
- Tiernahrung: Zulassungsnummer für Futtermittelbetriebe [M439]: Mappingänderung (Machine-to-Machine Kunden FMCG D-A-CH)
- Feature Benefit: Reihenfolge [M491] neues Attribut; siehe Formatänderung GDSN Feature Benefit [M084] (FMCG DE, CH und DIY DE)
- Zusätzliche Akkreditierungslabel auf der Verpackung: Code [M310]: 16 neue Codes ergänzt (FMCG D-A-CH)

Eine Warnung wird Sie erinnern, wenn die Angabe für Tabakerzeugnisse nicht gemacht wurde.
- Alkoholische Produkte: Geschmackstyp M104: 5 neue Codes ergänzt (FMCG DE, CH)
- AISE Sicherheits- und Gefahrenhinweise [M180]: Mappingänderung (Machine-to-Machine Kunden FMCG D-A-CH) – Zusätzliches alternatives Inbound Mapping für die Ablösung des APVs durch das Standardattribut mit einem späteren Release. Wenn Sie als Datensender diese Information neu bereitstellen oder ihr Mapping anpassen, wählen Sie bitte die neue Variante über das Standardattribut zur Übermittlung dieser Information. Das Outbound Mapping für Datenempfänger bleibt zurzeit unverändert.
- Verknüpfungsangaben zu externen Dateien: Primär zu verwendende Datei [M494]: neues Attribut (FMCG DE, CH, DIY DE, AGRO DE)
- AGRO Validierung 321890 angepasst: Zulassungsnummer BVL (AGRO DE) Der angegebene Wert für „Zulassungsnummer BVL [M1127]“ entspricht nicht dem festgelegten Format ######-## (# = Ziffer 0-9 oder A-Z, ohne Umlaute, ohne Sonderzeichen, nur Großbuchstaben).
- Artikel für den österreichischen Zielmarkt (FMCG AT) Neu erscheint eine Warnung für Attribute, die mit einem späteren Release zu Pflichtattributen werden (bspw. Umsatzsteuer, Importklassifikation).
Lösen von offenen Tickets (Bug Fixes)
- Ticket TSE-2820: Case Level Non GTIN: Bruttogewicht [M295] (FMCG D-A-CH, DIY DE, AGRO DE) >> Format Validierung für das Attribut korrigiert; gültiger Wertebereich ist 0,00001 – 9.999.999.999,99999 [Maßeinheit].
- Ticket TSE-2711 Zielmarkt: Ländercode [M011] (FMCG D-A-CH) >> Code 097 (= Europäische Union) ist kein gültiger Code und wurde aus der Codeliste entfernt. Kunden, die den Code nutzen, werden vom 1WorldSync Supportteam kontaktiert und bei der Korrektur ihrer Artikel unterstützt.
The D-A-CH Community May Release 19.5 includes not only some requirements from the Community, but also changes from the simultaneous GDSN BMS 3.1.8 Release and a Global Product Classification (GPC) update to the December 2018 version. With this release notes, we provide you with information as to the changes.
We would also like to point out that a Downtime for atrify systems is planned for the changeover to GDSN BMS 3.1.8. Details can be found below in this release notes.

Important information – for data receipients
- The release contains changes for all D-A-CH FMCG community profiles.
- A Reload of already received data is NOT necessary after the release.
- We recommend that all changes to the release be implemented in your interfaces and internal systems in order to maintain complete and correct data records in the future, as well. The XML interface description for the D-A-CH community is available in the Download Center.
Important information – for data suppliers
- The release contains changes for all D-A-CH FMCG community profiles.
- All data in the data pool remain valid – a migration of already sent data is NOT required.
- If you supply your data machine-to-machine (M2M), we recommend that you use the XML release notes in the XML interface description for the D-A-CH community to check whether and what changes are to be made in your interfaces and internal systems to be able to provide complete and accurate data in the future.

Update of Globalen Product Classification (GPC)
The new GPC release (version December 2018) is adopted and available on https://www.gs1.org/standards/gpc/dec-2018. 1WorldSync has compiled an overview of the changes by the GPC update in a delta file. Please remember that 1WorldSync does not make any code adjustments or changes. Check whether your items are affected by changes or deletions and send the change of this item with newly assigned code as soon as possible after the GPC update. All data recipients are asked to check their subscription criteria for necessary changes due to the GPC update.
If you wish to download the GPC as German-language files, you can find them on the GPC website of gs1.org under GPC translations. Chose “German” Language and “Dec 2018” Downloads. You will then be asked to prompt your name, email address and company name. After that you will receive an email with a link to start the download of a zip-file with the German translation.

- Animal feeding: Establishment approval number [M439]: Mapping change (machine-to-machine customers FMCG D-A-CH)
- Feature Benefit: Sequence [M491] new attribute; see Format changes GDSN Feature Benefit [M084] (FMCG DE, CH and DIY DE)
- Local packaging marked label accreditation code reference [M310]: 16 new codes added (FMCG D-A-CH)
- Tobacco traceability obligation [M493]: new attribute (FMCG DE) – Please use this attribute to inform your trading partners for all tobacco products, whether the item is subject to traceability obligation or not [in accordance with Directive (EU) 2014/40 on tobacco products]. A warning will remind you if the information has not been made for tobacco products.
- Alcohol products: Type of taste [M104]: 5 new codes added (FMCG DE, H)
- AISE Safe use icon [M180]: mapping change (machine-to-machine customers FMCG D-A-CH) – Additional alternative inbound mapping for the replacement of the APV with the standard attribute with a later release. If you, as a data supplier, redeploy this information or adjust its mapping, please select the new variant using the standard attribute for transmitting this information. Outbound mapping for data recipients remains unchanged at this time.

- Items for target market Austria (FMCG AT): For attributes that become mandatory with a later release, a warning will now appear to appoint this (e.g. for import classification, VAT).

- Ticket TSE-2711 Target market country code [M011] >> code 097 (= European Union) is not a valid code and has been removed from code list. Customers who have been using this code will be contacted by the 1WorldSync support team and helped to correct their items.
